Avoiding Scams

All users must follow these rules

Buyer
- Only use PayPal for all payments. 
- Trustworthy Sellers usually have physical retail store, commercial office, business phone.
- Make sure the seller has business social media like Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Be especially careful buying high value items.
- Never come pick up your order at unknown location like someone's apartment, house, etc. 
- If seller doesn't have physical retail store or commercial office, Insist on a public meeting place like a cafe, or bank.
- Never wire funds (e.g. Western Union).
- Never give out financial info (bank account, social security, paypal account, etc).

Seller
- Only use PayPal for all transactions
- Before processing order, Make Sure:
- All transactions are completed.
- Buyer name, contact info., and shipping address are same with PayPal user info..
- Contact buyer (PayPal user) if buyer shipping address is not consistent with Paypal user's address.
- Only ship item to Paypal user's address.
- Do not meet in a secluded place, or invite strangers into your home.

- FleaSquare never call, email, or ask your social security, birthday, Driver License, bank account, etc.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY USE COMMON SENSE.

FleaSquare has no access or control to any of its seller's and buyer's financial (paypal) account. FleaSquare is not responsible for any lost of revenue due to scams or any other reasons. All transactions are handled by our third party, PayPal. If you believed you are victim of a scam, please contact Paypal, and also report seller to us.
